We are a new Cvent/previous customer so I apologize ahead of time if this is an easy question.

I'm in the process of building out my abstract project.  I think I have everything set the way I want to.  Can I publish and still make edits?  I know there is a test mode for registrations is there something similar for abstracts?  How do I add my abstract project to the main website for the event?

Yes, you can still make edits. There is a test mode available for abstract management and this walks through how to test your abstract project: Testing Your Abstract Project

Once you have completed testing your project in test mode, then you can follow these steps to launch your project Opening Your Abstract Project to Authors

Once launched, you can use the Project Weblink that's present on the Overview page of your abstract project and include that weblink on your main website for the event to encourage people to submit.

Thank you!  I have another question.  I created a custom email to send to submitting author and co-authors.  Right now it says manual for sending.  Can that be changed?  If I use the existing submission confirmation it only allows me to send it to the submitting author.  I need the ability to send to all automatically.  I don't want to try and keep track of who has received the email.
