When you add the portal users and they are sent the invitation email, there should be a link in the email that they need to click and set up their password for Access Portal to login and access the report. If the user is already an account user, they can simply use the Cvent username and password that they use to login to Cvent to login to Access Portal and access the reports.
Additionally, can also resend the invitation email to a portal user by navigating to Admin > Access Portal. Select the portal name, go to the Guests tab, and check the box next to the user's name. An option to resend the portal invitation will appear above the name column. Click on this option to resend the invitation.

I added a user to the access portal so they can view select reports. An e-mail is sent to the user asking them to log in with their login and password. They know their login, but have no password to finish the login. They click on forgot password, but do not receive an e-mail assisting them with setting up a password. They checked their junk/spam folder but there are no messages from CVent.
I am our portal's administrator. Is there a way that I can assign a temporary password for them?
