    Hello everyone.  First time posting.

    I am placing reports by county out on the Access Portal and am giving the manager of that county access to the report.  Is there a way that I can turn off the filter option so the manager can not go out and select all and see all records for all the counties.  I only want them to be able to see the attendees for their county they are responsible for.

    Yes! When you're at the publishing stage, you can filter and limit  the recipients and even default settings. You can also use tags to identify similar data sets. For instance, create a tag for each county so that the word can be used in the search bar.
