Cvent Beginners

We are having those we have invited to submit proposals for our event upload a Word file with the information we want to review. One person has already done so and their status shows as complete.  Although I can see on her speaker page that a file was uploaded, I cannot access that file to download (see screenshot).  Any help?

Hi, Mary. Have you tried going to the Submissions view and downloading from there? You should be able to download attachments by hovering over the dropdown arrow next to the submission title, or (I think) by clicking into the submission itself, then going to Actions - Download Attachments in the upper-right corner. Let me know if that works or not!

I suppose the next question is: Submissions view? I've opened up every category on the left-hand side menu and there is nothing that says Submissions. A search for Cvent and Submissions View only references abstract submissions, which we aren't using. I've probably done this in a backwards manner (my team wanted the speaker invitations sent out before the rest of the event was set up). I was able to access the submissions by selecting "Log in as this speaker" from the drop-down Action menu, so I suppose that will do, even if it's not as straightforward.
