Yes, this is exactly what I'm looking for. One more question, when individuals register and post a question, I don't want it seen by everyone – only myself as I'm coordinating with the presenter and they will preselect the questions before the event.

Hi Teresa,
I think I understand your question, and here is my answer. If my response is completely different from what you're asking, please let me know.
You can add a question submission field in Cvent by using a Custom Registration Question. Here's how:
1. Go to Website & Registration > Registration Process.
2. Click on Registration Questions and select Create Question.
3. Choose Text - Open Ended (One Line or Paragraph) so attendees can type their question.
4. Name the question (e.g., "Do you have a question for the panel?").
5. (Optional) Set it as Required or Optional, depending on your needs.
6. Assign it to all registrants or a specific registration type if needed.
7. Save and Preview to ensure it appears correctly.
This will allow attendees to submit questions during registration, and you can later export responses for review.
Let me know if you need further assistance!
Please contact me if you need any assistance on anything with your event in Cvent.

I'm creating a cvent registration for an upcomining event. We want to have a place for those that wish to ask a question that will be reviewed and preselected, where does this get added?
