  • 1.  Adding Gif becomes static picture

    Hi there, when I upload a GIF it shows in my library with the animation perfectly. However, when i go to use it. I select the gif, select edit image (make no changes) save changes (only option) it seems to change to static picture with no animation. This work fine for me about 4 months ago when I used cvent for another event. 

    Also anyone know why the only option is to edit image when trying to use a image, why do I have to edit before I can use it? 

    Is there a setting of some kind?

    Where in the system are you trying to insert the gif? What specific page/area of Attendee Hub?

    I was trying to apply it to a card. I did it for my last conference for the weather card. But know can't seem to get it to work

    Hi Heidi, 

    I double checked with our Attendee Hub team and confirmed that we do have the ability to add gifs to custom cards. I would recommend contacting our support team and they can look at your account, event and gif specifically and see if it's in the correct format and help troubleshoot further from there!
