Hi Jamie,
You are correct, the Agenda Widget on the Registration Website does not support Audience Segment-based session visibility. The "Limit session visibility by Registration Type" toggle on the Agenda widget only filters by Registration Type. It does not honor Audience Segment restrictions, even if those are configured on the session itself. Even with that toggle enabled, visitors arriving via a public/generic weblink (not a personalized invitee link) have no registration type detected, so the widget shows all sessions with "Display on Agenda" = Yes regardless.
Since the Agenda Widget doesn't support Audience Segment filtering, here are a few alternatives:
Turn off "Display on Agenda" for Session A - This hides it from the Agenda widget for everyone, which works if the session shouldn't be publicly visible at all. It will still be selectable during the registration process for the right audience.
Use Registration Type filtering instead of Audience Segments - Since the Agenda widget does filter by Registration Type, if you can group your target invitees under a specific Registration Type (even if they currently span multiple), the "Limit session visibility by Registration Type" toggle will work as intended. This is the only supported way to selectively show/hide sessions on the website Agenda widget.
Direct those invitees to register and view sessions in Attendee Hub - Audience Segment visibility is fully respected in the Attendee Hub, so if your target group logs into Attendee Hub post-registration, they will see only the sessions applicable to their segment.
