The default timeout for Attendee Hub log in is 24 hours of inactivity. This can be changed but needs to be done by Support in the backend of your account. You can contact your Customer Success Advisor for help making that timeout longer. I believe my account's timeout is set to a few days, which is usually long enough for attendees to log in at the beginning of the event and then stay logged in until the event is over.

Hello! I am newer to using Cvent and my compnay has expressed a reoccuring issue with the Cvent App that we run a few events through. It is simply that our guests have to log on every. single. time. they go to open the app! It really discourages our guests to use the app unfortunately.
I just feel like there must be a solution or an ability to do a one time sign on and then be automatically logged in otherwise?
If anyone knows how to fix this, please help!
