Right now the only options when assigning tasks to speakers are to assign to all current and future speakers, or to specific speakers (manually). It would be very helpful if there was an option to assign to just current speakers, and another option for just future speakers.
Often times I create a task with an early deadline which speakers who get added later won't be able to meet, but I don't want to extend the deadline for the existing speaker list. Having the only other option be to manually assign each task when adding a new speaker is not a great alternative.
If there's already a solution for this, please let me know!
