  • 1.  Attach calendar file - Timings issue

    Hi, we have the "attach calendar file" under Email Attachment added to our registration confirmation mails.  When the registrant has registered, the automatic outlook invitation arrives in the registrant's inbox but is showing the wrong time, not allowing for British Summer Time and is an hour late.  Yet the timing is correct in the event information. Any ideas on to how this is resolved? Thank you

    Hi Rachael,

    Thank you for your question! This is currently a limitation of the Cvent platform. Unfortunately, BST is not currently an option for time zone. 
    I encourage you to submit this in the Ideas section of the community. Our product team reviews these all the time for future product enhancements!

    In the meantime, I recommend using GMT + 1 Europe Central, or adjusting the times of your event to account for BST.
