Hi Manuela,
That message is just letting you know that anyone who you register on the backend via planner mode as you have shown in your screenshots will be counted towards your contracted registration numbers just like if any attendees were to register for the event themselves on the front end.
With abandoned registrations, once someone makes it past the first page of registration, every time they click Next their work on previous pages is saved for a week, so I am guessing in this scenario it had been longer than a week since that person originally entered in their information. Subject: "Attendees enrolled by this process will be counted as contracted registrations"
Hi,
Could anyone explain
- What is the meaning of the disclaimer "Attendees enrolled by this process will be counted as contracted registrations"
- Why now when I go to Abandon Registrations and I try to click where it says Register on the person a disclaimer now appears and it looks as if the person needs to fill out all over the application again ?. I did exactly the same with a previous registrant in exactly the same page " Photo and Recording Consent" which is our last page . All their responses were recorded properly and there were not issues. Seems for this registrant now there are issues simply clicking register I need all of their current responses on file and submit on their behalf - See images for reference
