My event has 2 registration types. One registration type is covered under our Master account for hotel reservations, the other is self pay. The venue has offered to make a second passkey link, one link that will require a CC at the time of booking and one that does not. Is it possible for me to use both links in my events registration process?

Hi Erin,

Can a Registration event be mapped to more than one Passkey event? The integration between a Registration event and Passkey only allows a single Passkey event to be mapped to a Registration event. You can check with the hotel so that they can set up 2 attendee types in the one passkey event/link - one for self pay and one for master and then make sure to map your 2 registration types in Cvent to those 2 attendee types in Passkey and you should be able to accomplish all that you are looking for without having to use 2 separate passkey links.
