  • 1.  Changing pricing of an optional site visit

    HI!  New to Cvent and new to this forum.  I had a registration option for an optional site visit listed for $50.  We have decided not to charge for that.  Not sure I edited it properly?  Was hoping to delete the "fee" all together, but only saw option to change it from $50 to $0.  I also wasn't sure if I needed to select Active - No and Display - No.  Thanks!

    I don't think you can delete a fee once you go live. Making is zero i syou only option...
    Unless someone proves me wrong. 😊

    I'd hide go ahead and hide the fee if you are using a fee page.

    Hi Al,

    Steven is correct. We cannot delete a fee once registration has been opened. You can still deactivate it by setting the Active setting to No within the item.
