  • 1.  Cloister and Travel Module

    We are looking to use the travel module and/or room block for an event held at the Cloister in Georgia.  Has anyone done this or similar?  I need help!  TIA

    Hi Amanda-

    Are you wanting to collect the details for a rooming list or were you expecting this to submit/finalize the reservation? If you are just collecting details for a rooming list that you will submit, it is actually pretty easy to setup. You do want to pull the details from the Supplier Network for the most accurate information or the awarded hotel from the RFP. You can setup the request form to collect the information you want, or you can add additional custom questions if needed. Make sure that you use the language management to update the reservation request question as this is required so it is more clear from an attendee perspective.
