    How do I set up a confirmation email to send upon registration? Is there a template I can edit or do I have to draft from scratch?

    Hi Lela,

     

    We set up a template that we use for all our events. It's a one-time set up for registration, emails, and event surveys.

    We tweak each event as needed with the basis being the template.

    Hi Lela,

    You can also edit the one that generates with the event under Emails>Event Email>Registration Confirmation. It has the registration details and sometimes works well enough with very little tweaking. Sometimes I just need to update the header/footer and update the theme colors.
