  • 1.  Connections and QR Codes

    Posted 04-29-2026 12:23

Our attendees scanned guests' QR codes using the new feature in attendee hub, under My Event. Now these attendees want to export everyone they scanned. Is there a way to pull a report or export the list of those they scanned?

    Hi Denise,

At this time, there is not a report or export available for attendees to download a list of everyone they scanned using the QR code feature in Attendee Hub.

That feature currently works through the Connections/contact-sharing experience in the app rather than a reporting workflow. If a connection request is accepted, both attendees can view each other's contact details within Attendee Hub.

I am happy to submit this as a piece of feedback on your behalf for our product team.

    Thanks!

Hi Julianna just following up here as I am having the same request. For events that have already passed, how can attendees see the people that they connected with?

    Hi Jayme,

    Hi Emil,

Attendees can view people they connected with after an event by logging in to the Attendee Hub Event App or Attendee Website and opening Connections. In the Event App, they can find this under My Event > Connections.

Accepted connections remain available there, including connections from past events. If cross-event connections are not appearing, the account must have contact sharing enabled across events.

More information: Setting Up Connections for Attendee Hub and Meet Our Attendee Hub Event App.

    Hope this helps!
    Julianna

For the events that are no longer visible on the attendee hub, do the connections still show up? We have an event that is over, and a new event is starting in the coming weeks. The attendee in question attended the last event but is not attending the upcoming event. How can she view her connections?

Thanks for that clarification. Once an Attendee Hub event is archived, attendees can no longer access that event's website or app. Their connections are not deleted and can persist across upcoming when contact sharing is enabled. To view them, the attendee must log in to another live Attendee Website and select Profile > Connections. If she is not registered for the upcoming event and has no other live event access, she will not be able to review those connections until she does register for one. At this time, there is currently no planner-facing Connections report or backend view that shows which attendees connected with one another. However, I am happy to submit that as feedback for our product team on your behalf!

    Thanks,

    Julianna

Please do submit to the product team. We would love to be able to pull that information for past attendees without them having to register for another event that they can't go to.
