Since we are limited to 100,000 contacts, we cleaned up our list last year.
Has everyone on your contact list been to an event?
In our case we add new members to our address book for each event.
I created a custom contact field named PURGE.
Ran a report and anyone who we have any event history, I imported KEEP into the PURGE field.
Then deleted everyone who had no event history.
Be very careful. Once you delete a contact record, it's gone!
