Sounds like you might be using the Meeting Request Extract report that's available in Admin. There's actually some additional meeting request reports that you can run if you hover the "More" drop down at the top of the screen and select "Cross Event Reports" - there's a category of templates there for Meetings Management Reports. The one called "Meeting Request Details" sounds like it might fit what you're looking for - it lets you select a form and date range, pull in form fields, and you can save and schedule these templates! Is it even possible to create a saved and eventually scheduled report of requests out of the Meeting Request Form ? I want to be able to filter and set the columns and grouping and cannot seem to find anything on this besides the ability to export the report but then having to manipulate the column structure and groupings manually.
