  • 1.  Creating two events simultaneously

    Hello, 

    I am hoping to create two events: One for September and the other for October. The event in September will close on August 23rd and we are hoping to open registration for the one in October on August 12.

    Our second event is similar, so I copied the previous event; however, when I did so I received a notification "All active Express events must be completed and closed by September 30th, 2024. If you have Express events beyond September 30th, 2024, contact us or your Customer Success rep to discuss rebuilding your event in Registration ASAP." 

    Seeking support with this matter.
