Are you contracted for our eMarketing tool? If so, that will allow you to create and send emails outside of an event in the Cvent platform. If not, you can create an event for the purpose of just sending emails, upload the people you would like to receive the email to an invitation list within and event and then send them the email. Manually Sending Event Emails

Being new to Cvent, I'm still in the discovery phase of this software... However, I have a question. We'd like to send our annual report for 2023 to over 2,000 addresses, using Cvent. Is it possible to create a mailing here? And if so, where can I find explanations and information on the procedure? (I've looked for tutorials, but haven't found any).
