Hi Peter,
Great questions! Here's how you can manage old and active portals in Cvent:
1) Deleting Old, Unused Portals
If the portal is no longer needed, you typically can't delete it outright, but you can deactivate it to remove access. To do this:
- Navigate to Access Portals in the Admin section of your Cvent account.
- Click on the portal you want to remove.
- Edit >> Deactivate.
2) Updating Portals for a New User
If a portal is still in use but the assigned user has left the company:
Please let me know if you still have any questions.

Subject: Delete Portal and Clients
I have a two part question.
1) how do I delete old no used portals?
2) for portals that are in use, but the user has left the company and has been replaced by a new person, how do I remove that old user's name and access?
I just am not seeing a way to do this.
