  • 1.  Easiest way to copy an email from a previous event to a current event?

    I copied a 2024 event to create a 2025 event. Same event, different dates, etc. However, when I copied the 2024 event I unselected the option to copy invitation lists. Unfortunately, the emails in 2024 were not carried over to the new event. And we've already started working on edits for our 2025 event so I can't delete and start over. 

    What is the easiest way to copy the emails from 2024 to 2025? I cannot copy the HTML code because we plan to make a few edits to the content.

    Hi Kim,

    If you do not want to copy the HTML code for the emails from the one event to another, the only options at this point would be to re-copy the event over again and make sure to copy invitation lists/emails this time around and make your other edits you had already made over again or you will have to re-set up the emails again from scratch in the new event you created.
