    Sending emails to attendees pre-meeting.  I did eliminate a line space, but in the test  there are no spaces.

    Hi Vivien,

    It sounds like the email formatting might not be applying as expected. Here are a few things you can try to fix the line spacing issue:

    1. Use Shift + Enter – If you're using the Enter key to create spaces, try pressing Shift + Enter instead to maintain line breaks.
    2. Use Paragraph Formatting – Highlight the text and apply paragraph formatting instead of just adding spaces manually.
    3. Test in Different Email Clients – Some email platforms handle spacing differently, so try previewing in different email clients.
