Are you sending a test email or are you sending it manually to yourself? Sometimes when you send a test email, there are certain images that might not appear. I would recommend sending it manually to yourself to see if that works, otherwise you can call into our customer care team at 866-318-4357, Option 1 , then Option 1, then Opton 2.

I'm trying to embed HTML code into an email of our company's address (copied from Google maps). I know CVENT supports iframe. The embedded map is showing when I view the email in preview mode; however, when I send myself a test email, the map is not showing up anymore.
Has anybody run into this issue before - am I missing a step?
