  • 1.  Empty Dropdown Menus

    Hello everyone,

    I've created an event and added questions that I've added many times before, the this time none of the dropdown values show up. Has anyone had this happen? I put in a support ticket because I couldn't find anything in the knowledge base that covered this.

    Hi Lisa- 

    I noticed the same thing yesterday on a number of my websites. Cvent regression? I tried manually updating the field formatting and changing my Theme. Nothing worked. As a quick fix I found that switching from pull down menu to radio buttons worked. Not the best solution but my sites were already live and needed immediate attention. kjp

    I had a similar problem with drop-downs being transparent.

    By default drop-down are assigned FIELD, but none of those settings seem to affect changes.

    A lovely support person sorted the flex alchemy. We updated the formatting of ALTERNATE PARAGRAPH either of the section's custom settings or in the theme seems to be the right object to change the formatting. In my case changing the background from transparent to white.

    Maybe a change there will do the same trick, like the font color is white and needs to be black.

    Changing the font color helped some of them but the state/province is blank still. I'm working with support.
