Hey all! We are using Event Ads for the first time. I have set up the add with fill open visibility and in all placements, but it is not showing in the app. The ad is showing on the Attendee Hub website, but not the app. Has anyone else experienced this? What is the fix?

Hi Claire,

Have you tried exiting out of the event in the app and going back in? Sometimes, I had to do that to force a content refresh. Good luck!
