    Hi Megan,

    • What questions do you have concerning the latest trends and insights?

It seems like event registrations and travel plans have been trending to be booked extremely last minute since the pandemic. Do you see this trend and do you think it is here to stay?

I would really love to see Cvent give customers the ability to clean our databases. One item in particular is old Users that we would like to delete, but have been told we cannot because they are tied to past events. Could Cvent give us the ability to delete the users, and change the name in the events it's tied to to "Deleted User", which is what HubSpot does, or have it revert to the current Cvent administrator instead? The longer we use Cvent, the longer the User list is becoming.

    Question for you:

    • What questions do you have concerning the latest trends and insights?
      • What trends are you seeing with the bounce back of booking windows. Currently groups and meetings are booking sooo last minute.

Flight delays and issues seem to be aplenty lately and there's still several routes that haven't returned. Something on the popularity of travel destinations.

While we are technically out of the pandemic, COVID and infectious diseases are still running rampant - this will likely continue for the foreseeable future. Are modified health and safety protocols here to stay, and is this still something that planners and venues are taking into consideration when planning events?

    • What questions do you have concerning the latest trends and insights? Currently planning is so last minute and availability is limited. What are planners willing to be flexible with in order to place meetings.

I'm in agreement with other comments - we are getting lower or last minute attendance for our return to in person events. This is somewhat due the nature of our events typically being held after work (social events) and people aren't working in offices. I imagine this is a trend as well for last minute travel, as people are becoming more use to a more free schedule.

I also agree with being able to "clean up" Cvent, old users, an easy way to clean contacts and remove old registration types etc.

    • I agree with the old users that should be cleaned up, and with the bookings made at the last minute. What about that?

I am finding it hard work to search for venues that excel at COVID safety - I hope that you are able to add my idea to the roadmap to help me prevent our events from being super spreader ones!

I am hoping that we get back to "normal" in terms of an appropriate work back schedule (booking more in advance and giving more time).

It seems that everything is really last minute at this time. Having more of a lead time to book and plan a meeting would be great. Additionally, the higher costs for sleeping rooms, F&B, A/V, travel are impacting budgets and reducing the size of meetings overall.
