  • 1.  Export open text questions

    I added an open text question in a registration process that I am looking to export in a report. I can find how to see who answered it and then click individually to see the response, but is there a way to pull a report that includes the text itself so I can see it all at once?

    Hi Retha,

    Hope you are well.

    To export the answers to the registration questions, you can run the 'Registrant Details' report.

    For this, please go to your event > Reports > reports > under 'Common Reports', click on 'Show Report Presets' under 'Registrant' report and a menu will open. Here, run the 'Registrant Details' report.

    Once the report data is up, please click on 'Data' at top right > click on change report data > Fields tab > scroll down to 'General Registration Questions' and here you will find all your registration questions. Select the questions and run the report. If you added the question as a custom field, you can find that too here. Once the report data is up, hover over 'Actions' at top right and click on export and export the report in excel. You can also click on Save as and save it as a public report for future reference.
