  • 1.  Exporting Photos/Bio's from CVENT

    I am having trouble exporting photos/bio's from the CVENT portal, is there a way to bulk download the photos vs. only in increments that go to a zip file which then need exported again?

    Hi Danielle,

    Hope you are doing well!

    1. If you have used a file upload question to collect images, you can access these by navigating to Attendees > Uploaded Files. From here, you can download each file individually.

    2. If you have used the Profile Image field to collect images, you will need to submit a case to Cvent support to obtain a report that includes the profile images. Once the report is provided, you can use it to download the profile images of your attendees.

    3. To access the biographies of the attendees, you can run the 'Registrant Details' report. Navigate to Reports > Reports > Run the 'Registrant Details' report. Once there, go to Data > Change Report Data > Fields > Add the question code of the Biography question. After running the report, you will be able to view and export the biographies of the attendees.

    Please note that these methods do not allow for bulk downloading of images or biographies, and each file or report will need to be downloaded individually
