  • 1.  Fees Not Showing on Session Selection Page

    We have a few optional sessions that are available for attendees to select on the sessions selection page that have a cost. I would like for the fee to show when they select it. It is not currently showing. We have the fees set to display on the fees settings. What am I doing wrong?

    Do you also have the session selection widget on the registration page set to display fees?

    Hi Lana,

    Can you confirm that your fees are set to "Active" and "Display" under Pricing > Fees (outside of the designer)? If not, checking those off should fix the issue!
