    How can we turn off the chatbot from dinging constantly while I'm in the open forum? It is very disruptive to those around me. Thanks!

    I did test out Valarie today.

    I knew the answer and wanted to test it out. With 6 very long explanation which could be causing the issue, Valarie's 5th answer was the issue I was having. But Valarie's first answer of clearing the cache is what I tell my account users so I liked having that as an option/fix.

    I tried Valerie out the other day when I was having trouble finding the setting I was looking for in my Admin account.  She wasn't able to help me, but I REALLY appreciated that she transferred the chat to a human support agent, who was able to review the chat history and see what my problem was without my having to restart the support process.  (And I did feel better about not being able to find the setting when it took the support agent over 30 minutes to find it!)

    I havent but will have to give it a try. It just keeps saying loading for now so might be having some network issues.

    • Have you used Valerie yet? Share your experience - It seems less efficient than using the search bar, but a bit more thorough in response (I don't have to filter through thousands of results).  For now, it feels a bit more cumbersome than using the search bar.
