Hi Monika -
While it is possible to add your High Level Estimate Budget question to a meeting request form and are able to move that directly into a budget within the event (upon submission of the Meeting Request Form), the setup will probably require that a Cvent implementation team member or someone from your customer success team do the configuration.
The way it would work is that once that Budget question is answered on the Meeting Request Form and the form is submitted, an event could automatically be created and include a budget which would add that value into the High Level Estimate Budget field within the budget. That way, every submitted Meeting Request Form reflects a budget amount.
I'm assuming that when you reference having a Total Event Actual, that means that someone is going back into the event budget and adding an amount for the Actual. If that's the case, if set up appropriately, it could show the difference between the High Level Estimate amount and the Total Event Actual (once the formulas are set up in your budget configuration) in the Budget Summaries and your Budget reporting.
Again, this does require some advanced configuration, so you'll probably want to discuss with your Cvent Account team so they can guide and advise you.
Hope this helps!

Subject: High Level Estimates
Hello. We have a meetings management program that uses a budget widget within the MRF to flow into the event; and we're looking to change the budget widget in the MRF to a high level estimate field to only capture one entry for the overall budget for the event when the mrf is entered. Is anyone using a high level estimate this way? Are you willing to share your process and how you compare the total event actual the high level estimate?
