    Hello,

    Does anyone know how to disable the cancellation option for individuals that are registered for an event? I prefer that they reach out to us instead of cancelling their own registration online.

    Hello, 

    I believe we completely removed the button (Widget) off the confirmation page and confirmation email that show up after the attendee registers. We also disabled the page in the registration process so that they aren't able to get there accidently. I hope that helps.

    Hello, in addition to what Francis said, we added a clause indicating "no refunds on cancellations, substitutions are encouraged." The cancellation button/widget automatically is on by default, therefore each time you create an event/registration page, you will need to delete/remove it.
