We transitioned to the New Surveys platform at the beginning of this year and are all set with the closure of Legacy Surveys. However, we're concerned about accessing certificates from the Legacy Surveys should an attendee reach out requesting an old copy. I know the current plan is that the data and reporting will be available indefinitely, but will we be able to print old certificates?

    Hi Sara,

The below information will help you with what you will still have access to with Legacy Surveys after the closure.

    1) Any active legacy survey can be edited (add/edit or remove question/widgets, accessing certificates).
    2) Planners can collect responses for active legacy.
    3) Run reports, save them, publish to portals.
    4) Create upcoming surveys only via New Surveys.
    5) Legacy surveys in 'draft' status cannot be launched.
    6) Planners can add the certificates in the library and use these from the library as templates in the new survey.
    7) They will not be able to print old copies of certificates after closure.
