I'm having two separate issues going on here as I have separate Invitation Lists that I am using due to the registration paths.
Issue 1: I started to import a list and received an email that it has been completed, but Cvent still shows it is processing 16+ hours later.
Issue 2: Receiving email notification that list of 430 invitees has been processed from import, but there is none showing and status looks like it was NEVER initiated. Notification does indicate an error, but I don't know what the error could be?
I'm pretty much a novice in Cvent, so any thoughts, suggestions or direction is greatly appreciated!
