Hi all - one of the things we experience when managing Jifflenow at a large enterprise is the need for one more layer of user access management. Today when a new event determines they will use Jifflenow, a meeting manager is added to their event, and it automatically makes that user a meeting manager on the company level. It would be ideal if we could keep the meeting manager of a specific event only provisioned to that event and then we could manage the company level meeting manager role separately.
Today we are monitoring the company level meeting manager roles each month and ensuring only a handful of us maintain that privilege so that we can more effectively prevent unwanted changes to other events in the account.
Does anyone else have a similar need? Or are you managing it a different way?
