  • 1.  Limit choices to a specific quota in the registration process.

    Hi all!

    I have a question as to whether or not it is possible to limit an option in the registration process. 

    Let me explain:
    At our event attendees can choose a food menu from four options. We do not want them to be able to choose a menu if they have exceeded the quota.  

    For example, if 100 attendees have already chosen 'Menu 1', that menu would no longer be available. The next attendee who registers will only be able to access the other three menus.

    Is it possible to do something like this?

    Hi Javier,

    In our hotel, the option menu is only available for small groups. We will provide Buffet lunch for groups with over 15 delegates.

    Hi Javier,

    Maybe you could set up the meal options as Optional Items? Then you can set a limit of how many are available for each menu, and you can also set a limit in the Advanced Rules to only allow attendees to select one.
