Kevin, I believe Cvent has to do it on their side. Up in the top left you can click on My Cases, then New Case. Once you type in your topic, it will give you articles to review but at the bottom of that page you can select Yes, Contact Support. From there you can Open A Support Case and give them the details of who on your account you are trying to remove, and include if you know, which API they are linked to.

I'm trying to remove a user who is no longer with the company. When I went to click the Delete button, it was greyed out and the following message appeared:
- You cannot delete application users who are associated to an active API user. For assistance, please submit a case in the Cvent Community.
Any ideas on how to make it so the user is no longer an active API user so I can remove this person completely?
