  • 1.  Media Library picture icons

    I just tried to use some pictures in our Media Library and the small icons of pictures no longer show, just an icon indicating it's jpg, etc.

    Is this permanent?  

    This is going to make using pictures in the media library very difficult for me.  :-(

    I reviewed your query and it appears that the issue is due to a recent change in the tool. I understand that the absence of the image display makes it challenging to identify which image is which. I will submit this feedback on your behalf, and you are also welcome to do so. I recommend posting this as an Idea/Feedback for our product team through Cvent Community > Participate > Product Ideas.

    We encourage you to submit any ideas or challenges you encounter with the product. This feedback helps our Product Development team assess potential improvements, and if feasible, we may consider incorporating such changes in future updates.

    In the meantime, the best way to differentiate between images is by naming them appropriately.

    Shaifali,

    Thank you for answering me.  I'm glad to know it isn't just me seeing that.

    I will have to change things because I have several people in those libraries, so naming them won't always be an answer to discover what the picture is...or they might be very long names!

    I think I'll be creating more folders instead.

    I would really prefer having it the other way, and I will submit that as feedback to the product team.
