This depends on which audience type you have selected for these notifications. Notification tracking is not available for Audience Type "Everyone". The tracking works for any of the other audience types.

Hi all,
On the notifications dashboard, I can see Delivered, Read, Click-Through Push, Click Throughs In-App. On my delivered notifications, this number gets smaller for each notification- why would this be the case? All notifications were sent in the same venue so unlikely to be a wi-fi issue.. I sent a notification to just over 1000 people and it only delivered 74, this is extremely low and quite a concern, any help would be appreciated.
Also, how is the Read number identified?
