Cvent Beginners User Group

This is my first event in Cvent.  I have two questions regarding Optional Items I've created, where I need additional information:

1. If someone selects Golf Registration, Childcare, or guest pass, I'd box to pop up to add Golfer names, Children's names and ages, etc.
2. Also related to Golf: We have several packages that include golf in the admission type,  2 for silver, 4 for gold, 8 for platinum and Diamond.  What's the best way to handle that?
