    Hi- I customized my page icons to the 'multi' option which is the color option- Out of nowhere they reverted back to being black and white in the event app when i log in on my phone. I'm super confused because i went to go change it back in attendee hub, and it's still showing that i have the multi color option selected, however in my phone its still showing black and white. Has anyone experienced this problem before?

    It sounds like a caching issue or a syncing delay between the Attendee Hub and the mobile app. Here are a few things you can try to resolve it:

    1. Refresh the App: Log out of the app, close it completely, and log back in to see if the icons update.
    2. Clear Cache: If you're using an Android device, you can try clearing the app cache in your phone settings. For iOS, reinstalling the app might help.
    3. Republish the Event App: In Attendee Hub > Event App, try making a minor change (like toggling the setting off and on) and then republishing the app to force a refresh.
    4. Test on Another Device: If possible, check on another phone or tablet to see if the issue is device-specific.
