If you are using a "general" Question Field and not a Custom Contact Field.
Steps
- Add Text Question widget to the page (can be an File Upload too)
- Toggle on Required if necessary
- From Visibility Settings (may need to scroll down to see)
- Choose Show for Specific Registrants
- Show for Specific Registrants - all criteria
- Registration Type
- Equals
- Speakers
- The question field will show "Registrant-Specific Widget" above it
