    Hi, I read that email reports are not kept for events older than 6 months. If we did not schedule an email how can I see when emails went out for an event that was in January 2024?

    Hi Louisa,

    If the emails were sent out of Cvent, the data should still live in the reporting section of the event. I checked a few of the events in your account from January and am seeing data live in the reports. I would recommend checking the email details report!
