- Navigate to Reports > Report Templates > Transactions Details under Finance and look for any additional error messages.

Review the Payment Processor Logs
- If you're using a third-party payment gateway (e.g., Stripe, Authorize.net, PayPal), log into the processor's dashboard to check transaction logs and failure reasons.

Contact Cvent Support
- If the error persists and no clear reason is found, Cvent Support may be able to provide more details on the failed transaction.
Since the issue is often on the cardholder's end, you may also advise the attendee to try another payment method or contact their bank.

Hi
I am wondering if anywhere in Cvent is there a way for me to see the logs or code as to why a payment cannot be processed?
I accessed the "Order & Payments" section of the attendee and the only error as to why the payment failed is "Payment Could not be Processed"
I am aware this could be an issue with the card in the registrant's end but I am just wondering in general if we have access to a different report? I also checked the transactions report and no much information there either. If it helps in anything they were using a Mastercard
