This is rare, but it should happen sometimes due to intermittent wifi connectivity or device issues.
I personally haven't seen it happen in any of the events I have managed. Is this the point system that an attendee gets for completing certain actions.

Anyone else encounter a situation where points for action were not recorded for an attendee in Attendee Hub? Such as points for logging in to the APP? There's no way to manually add points either.
