While there's not currently a way to pull a registrant's contact group in an event level report, I believe using Internal Information would be a good solution for your situation. Internal Information questions can be made at the Event level or at the Admin level. Admin level internal information questions are "Default" questions and you can easily pull them into every event - this would be helpful if you would have to confirm an individual's status as a student across multiple events/over time. You can pull these fields into event reporting and easily group the report based on it, additionally you could advanced search your attendee list based on this field.

Hi all -
I am trying to pull a registration report that includes the "Contact Group" an attendee is a part of. More specifically, I have student registrants that I have to manually confirm their proof of student status, which they have uploaded documentation evidence. After confirming, I'd like to have a note on their profile that they are indeed a student. My hope was that I could add a "Student" Contact Group. Then, when I pull the weekly registrant report, I can easily filter out who I have already confirmed.
Is there a way to include Contact Group in the registrant report? If not, does anyone have a better solution? Any advice is appreciated.
