    How can a planner check in his event why the event got closed for registration?

    Hi Karan,

    The first place I would check is under Registration>Registration Settings to see what registration deadline is set or if a capacity has been reached.

    The other thing I would check (and this one has gotten me before!) is under Optional Items - there is a field in Advanced Settings that closes the event if the item reaches capacity.

    If you reach capacity limits on all your registration types and/or admission items, that could also cause people to be unable to register, but these two would be the first things I check!
