Dear Amarnath, I do have the same issue as Declan and cannot fix it. My registration page and process worked well until yesterday. I think I have posted this before, but still not having any joy with a solution
If I try to register for an event I am getting an error message that says:
"Registration Not Available - Based on your info, registration is not available"
What is this? Why am I seeing it and how can we get rid of it?
This is hampering attendance to my events and does not reflect well on Cvent or our customer experience.
Please can we get to the bottom of this as a matter of urgency?
