We are not using polls for our virtual event. Is there a way to remove the interaction option for the right panel on the attendee website?

    Hi Claire,

    Hope you are doing well!

In regards to your query, we can disable the interactions (engagement features) on the right side of attendee website if we disable all the engagement features for the respective session i.e., Session chats, Live QnA and Polls.

If you are using Session chats and Live QnA but not polls, in that case we will not be able to hide the interactions as it is by design. Apologies for the inconvenience.

In addition, if for example you are not using other engagement features and if there is no poll assigned to a session, the moderator will still see an option to create poll. But, the attendee won't see the panel until there is a poll assigned to that session. (PFA the screenshot for reference).

But, it certainly is a great feedback. I suggest you to post this on the 'Product Ideas' tab of Cvent community i.e. Cvent community > Participate > Product ideas > Add new or Upvote an existing idea.

We encourage you to always submit your ideas or any challenges you face while working with the product. As it also helps our Product Development team to review the possibilities and if it works we may try to incorporate such changes in our future releases.

    Hi Vijayathivakaran,

    Hope you are well!

You can always subscribe to Cvent product updates. Here, please review the following article:

How do I subscribe to product updates?
    https://support.cvent.com/s/communityarticle/How-do-I-subscribe-to-product-updates?is_article=true&lang=en_US&searchFor=how%20do%20I%20subscribe%20to%20product%20updates&page=1

Also, when you login to your Cvent account, on events home page, towards the bottom right corner there is a loudspeaker icon i.e., for the notification and product releases, you can review that too. (screen shot attached)

You may also refer to the following article related to attendee hub, this gets updated every month if there is something new introduced.

The Attendee Hub Metrics Master List

    Hope this helps!

To manage your polls go to the event --> Attendee Hub--> Manage Website and App-->Features-->Session Content. From here you can manage your polls or disable completely. I don't think anything will appear for attendees regarding polls if you do not have any created, however moderators would be able to see them.
